Meet our Staff

Lisa Williams, MSW, LMFT
Executive Director

Ms. Williams began her career in the field of mental health and substance use disorder services after graduating from OU with a Bachelor’s degree in 1980.  She joined the staff at Moore Youth and Family Services, Inc. in October of 1980.  In 1987 she received her Master’s in Social Work from OU and became Licensed Marital and Family Therapist in 1991.  From the beginning of her career it was made apparent that Lisa had a passion for working with youth and their families. 

Through the course of her career Ms. Williams has coordinated day treatment programs both in Moore and South Oklahoma City.  She has served on numerous committees over the years, including the committee that developed the first state-wide First Time Offender Program Curriculum.  She has been a clinician and administrator in the prevention, early intervention, and outpatient behavioral health programs that the agency provides.  She has provided disaster relief services after the Murrah Building Bombing as well as the May 3, 1999 and May 20, 2013 tornados.  She served as Assistant Director for many years before becoming Executive Director in 2012. 

LYNNETTE MASON, LPC
CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Lynnette began her career at a Mortgage Servicing Company for 14 years before returning to school to complete her BS in Business Administration.  However, Lynnette discovered her passion for listening and empathizing with customers and changed her major to Psychology. 

She obtained her BS in Psychology from University of Phoenix, and MS in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2016.

After Lynnette began her second career in the behavioral health field, she joined Moore Youth and Family Services Inc., in 2014 as a therapist working with adolescents and adults with mental health and substance use disorders before recently transitioning into her new role as Clinical Director. 

In her spare time, Lynnette enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren, attending their competitive soccer and basketball games.  She also enjoys reading novels and writing.

PEDRA EARHART
OFFICE MANAGER

In this role,  Pedra coordinates and manages office responsibilities and leads a team in providing quality customer service.   She also serves as the agency’s Wellness Coordinator and Health and Safety Officer.

Pedra is knowledgeable in organizing and maintaining complex clinical records, data entry of clinical information for billing and records keeping.  She is responsible for execution of quarterly peer reviews of those files.

She works will all agency personnel on developing and achieving agency goals and providing a positive image within the community.

Pedra has been with Moore Youth and Family Services Inc., since 2008.

MELISSA CHAPMAN
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Before joining Moore Youth & Family Services Inc., Melissa worked as a secretary, commercial bank teller, loan assistant, and consultant. As a University of Oklahoma graduate, Melissa uses her strengths to maximize ways to improve operational productivity and outcomes. In this role, Melissa provides administrative support while efficiently planning and managing multiple assignments to meet tight deadlines. She is a hands-on team member who is known for going the extra mile. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, photography, spending time with her husband and spoiling her two dogs and cat.

Melissa has been with Moore Youth and Family Services Inc., since 2008.  

JANET GEORGE, LPC
MAST COORDINATOR

As the Moore Alternative School & Treatment (M.A.S.T.) Program Coordinator, Janet manages the coordination of all services , provides clinical assessments, group therapy and group rehabilitation.   She has extensive experience working with adolescents and encompasses a large scope of practice in dealing with their issues.  Janet is committed to the practice of supportive relationship building and behavior modification in assisting adolescents in navigating through their life experiences.

Janet received her Masters of Human Relations Degree at the University of Oklahoma and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.   She has been employed with Moore Youth & Family Services Inc., since 1998.  She is a native of Mississippi and has a deep love for reading, teaching, spending time with family and traveling.  Janet has raised two amazing young men with her adoring husband, Barry George.

EDIE DANIEL
PASS COORDINATOR

She has worked part-time as the P.A.S.S. Coordinator at Moore Youth and Family Services since 2005.  She earned an M.A. and an M.Ed from Oklahoma City University, and an M.L.I.S. from the University of Oklahoma.  She also works full-time as a Librarian Engagement Manager for the Metropolitan Library System.  When not working, she loves spending time with her family and animals.  She is an avid traveler and has visited 5 of the seven continents.  

LISA MCDONALD
PROJECT MOORE HOPE AND SCHOOL BASED SERVICES COORDINATOR

Lisa graduated from Texas Christian University with her B.S. in Psychology.  She then earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.  She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background of working with children and teens with a history of trauma and abuse.  Lisa began working at Project Moore Hope in April 2014.  She was a counselor providing clinical work, supportive services and coordinating the groups in the schools.  In June 2017, Lisa became the Coordinator of Project Moore Hope and in September 2019, she added the role the School Based Coordinator.

Lisa has been with Moore Youth and Family Services for seven years.
